Summary
Start 2027 with a flag-raising ceremony and a free 3K fun run. Gather at City Hall Plaza, then head to the start by City Council at Yixian Road. There is no chip timing or ranking.
Travel notes
The assembly venue is City Hall Plaza at No. 1, Shifu Road, Xinyi District, the same plaza area used by Taipei Marathon. This 3K's actual start and finish are separately listed by City Council at Yixian Road. Go to the plaza for the ceremony first, then follow on-site directions to the start. Walk from City Hall MRT Station (Blue Line) or Taipei 101/World Trade Center (Red Line); check that your early-morning connection gets you there by 07:10. The map points to the assembly plaza, not an exact start-arch pin.
